Before you start
- Use a desktop browser and sign in to the Booking.com Extranet, not the guest-facing Booking.com website.
- Confirm your Extranet user has access to Reservations and Finance. Finance access is often permission-restricted.
- Choose the full date range and include confirmed, completed, canceled, and no-show reservations.
- Booking.com labels and report availability can vary by market, property type, payment setup, and account role.
Step-by-step
Part 1 — Export the reservation list
The reservation list is the operational record: reservation numbers, booking and stay dates, guest details available to your role, status, rooms, and amounts.
- 1
Open the Booking.com Extranet
Go to admin.booking.com and sign in to the property account. If you manage several properties, select the property you want to export.
- 2
Open Reservations
Select Reservations from the main navigation. Use the reservation list or search view rather than opening an individual booking.
- 3
Choose the date basis
Select the filter that matches your purpose—stay, arrival, departure, or booking date. For ledger coverage, stay or departure dates are usually the clearest basis; record which one you used.
- 4
Apply the complete range and statuses
Enter the From and To dates, include all room or unit types, and include every status. Do not exclude canceled bookings or no-shows.
- 5
Show the results and check the count
Run the search and note the number of reservations. Spot-check the first and last dates so you know the filter covered the intended period.
- 6
Download the spreadsheet
Select Download, Download Excel, or Export, depending on the Extranet version. Choose CSV when offered; otherwise keep the original XLS/XLSX file.
- 7
Repeat by year or property if needed
If the Extranet limits the date range or result size, use non-overlapping calendar-year files and repeat for each property.
Step-by-step
Part 2 — Export reservation statements from Finance
Reservation statements tie bookings to Booking.com commission invoices. They are typically monthly, so export every month in the requested period.
- 1
Open Finance
In the Extranet navigation, select Finance. Depending on your account, choose Reservation statements, Invoices, or Documents and invoices.
- 2
Select a statement period
Choose the month or invoice period. Confirm the page lists the reservations included in that statement and the commission amounts.
- 3
Download the reservation detail
Use Download XLS, Download CSV, or the download control attached to the invoice. Download the reservation-level detail, not only the invoice PDF.
- 4
Repeat for every month
Work through the full requested period. Use filenames that retain the property, month, and year if Booking.com does not add them automatically.
- 5
Optionally include invoice PDFs
Invoice PDFs are useful supporting documents, but the spreadsheet statements are the primary structured data. Keep both when they are available.
If the Reservations page has no download control, use the Finance reservation statements and contact Partner Support through the Extranet Inbox for a broader reservation export. Do not copy and paste the table into a new spreadsheet unless support specifically asks you to.
Ready-to-send checklist
- The reservation export covers the full dates and states which date basis was used.
- All statuses are present, including canceled bookings and no-shows.
- Every property or unit in scope has a file.
- Monthly reservation statements cover every invoice period requested.
- Original XLS, XLSX, CSV, and PDF downloads remain unchanged in a secure folder.
Action Ledgers handoff
Keep the original reservation and finance exports together. Action Ledgers will confirm the appropriate assisted-import or reconciliation path for your Booking.com account before the files are transferred.
Troubleshooting
There is no Download button on Reservations
Report controls differ across Extranet versions and permissions. Use Finance reservation statements, then contact Partner Support from the Extranet Inbox to request the reservation report available for your account.
Finance or reservation statements are missing
Ask the property’s primary Extranet administrator to grant financial permissions or run the export. Some reports also depend on the property’s payment setup.
Older reservations are not returned
Try shorter, non-overlapping date ranges and search by departure or stay date. If the Extranet retention window still excludes them, request the historical statement through Partner Support.

Marketplace interfaces change. Use these official resources if a label or report location differs from this guide.
