Connect a property-management vendor

Start by connecting the system that supplies your properties. After authorization, choose the properties to include, enter the owner account details, and complete the subscription.

Property-management vendor

The vendor selector is the first screen in owner registration. Choose the system that should supply property data before entering the owner account details.

OwnerRez

Select OwnerRez, approve Action Ledger on the OwnerRez-hosted page, and choose the properties to include. No OAuth or webhook credentials are entered during registration.

Shared registration sequence

    On Connect system, choose OwnerRez or Airbnb Direct Connect.

    Complete the secure authorization steps shown for that provider.

    Return to Action Ledger and select the properties to include.
  4. 4
    Enter the owner account details and select Continue to subscription.
  5. 5
    Review the billing schedule, charges, and optional add-ons; then complete the secure payment.
Each provider uses its own hosted authorization path. Enter provider passwords only on the provider's own secure page, never in Action Ledger.
